Working together over 4 sessions will help us build a meditation practice that works for you. Each session will be individualized according to your needs and interests. Sessions can include, but are not limited to, affirmations, visualizations, meditation instruction, guided meditations, reflection exercises, journaling, breathing techniques, yoga and yogic philosophy. By the end of our time together you will have created your own regular spiritual practice!
